• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Share your account credentials with others

4. AI Disclaimer

The historical and fictional figures on Figures are AI-generated characters for educational entertainment. They are not real people, and their responses do not represent the actual views, words, or beliefs of historical persons. Content is filtered to be age-appropriate, but AI responses may occasionally be imperfect. Do not rely on them as authoritative historical sources.

5. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us at contact@withfigures.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Figures is currently in early access (alpha). The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Features may change, be removed, or become unavailable without notice. We are not liable for any loss of data or interruption of service.
